Hi, I’m Emma Spartalis, a mother of two, wife, founder and CEO of AI Doubles™ and Spartalis Consulting.

At heart, i am a business strategist & coach for ambitious women who want to grow their businesses and careers without burning out. With over 12 years leading digital teams for a billion-dollar brand while raising young kids in rural NSW, my clients often say, “Emma just gets it" because I have a lived appreciation of juggling big dreams, business demands, and real life.

I started Spartalis Consulting for something far more meaningful than greater flexibility and a life in the country. With better odds of being struck by lightening than winning the lotto i decided to map out and start living my life's purpose, doing the work I’d do for free if i could, now, which never required pot luck, just deep reflection, strategy and support from my family and network.

Now each year, my mission is to positively impact 50,000 lives by working closely with just 25 women through coaching and consulting.

Why 25? Because I go deep, not wide. Each woman I support directly influences around 100 people across her team, clients, and family; who then go on to shape another 2,000 lives through the culture she creates, the systems she strengthens, the policies she creates or improves, and the next generation she inspires.

Thats the ripple effect and legacy i'm here for, the kind that will lift entire communities and last long beyond our time together.
